How do I get an invite code?
Fill in the "Request invite" form. Invites go out in small batches during the beta; we'll reach out when your code is ready. A code is valid for 14 days.
What happens when the Pro trial ends?
You move back to the Free plan and Pro features are switched off. Details will be settled together with the payment system at the end of the beta.
Why doesn't Elite have a free trial?
Elite runs the live bot, Scorecard analysis and a large Pilot quota, which cost a lot to serve. Instead, we're planning a discount for the first period.
Which crypto can I pay with?
USDT, USDC, BTC and ETH. Supported networks and payment steps will be listed on this page when payments open.
Is there auto-renewal?
No. Your plan doesn't renew on its own when the period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Our refund policy is being prepared; once published it will be on the Refund policy page. We suggest using the 7-day Pro trial before you pay.
How realistic is the paper account?
The paper engine follows exchange rules: isolated/cross margin, maintenance margin, maker/taker fees, liquidation price. Real prices, paper money. Paper results may differ from real trading (slippage, liquidity, latency).
Can I connect my real exchange account?
The Scorecard and the live bot work on MEXC only and need your own MEXC API key. From other exchanges we only take market data.
Are the signals investment advice?
No. The score, Alex and Pilot make the data easier to read; the decision and the responsibility are yours. Past results don't guarantee future results. Read the risk disclaimer.
Does it work on mobile?
It runs in the browser and is designed for large screens. A separate phone layout is on the roadmap.
